WELCOME to the Studio on Railroad

Yoga
Yoga is a practice that blends movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to bring balance to body and mind. It builds strength, flexibility, and mobility while calming the nervous system. Whether you want to improve fitness, relax, or simply slow down, yoga supports overall well-being.

Barre
Barre is a high energy, low-impact workout that combines elements of Pilates, strength training, and cardio to build lean muscle and improve posture. We use small, controlled movements, large range movement and light weights to tone and strengthen without high-impact stress on the joints. Our high-energy classes increases strength + stability.

Pilates
Pilates is a low-impact workout focused on strengthening the core, improving posture, and enhancing flexibility through controlled movements. It helps build long, lean muscles while supporting joint health and overall body alignment. You'll leave this full-body workout feeling strong and balanced.

Meet the Owners
Chandler Wygant
Chandler moved to BV in 2010 and has found yoga to be transformative, both physically and mentally. She has a passion for helping students find their strength and feel empowered. When she's not practicing yoga, she loves to mountain bike, paddle the river, cook and hang with her family and friends.

Laura Patterson
Laura moved from Denver to BV with her family in 2020 and has never looked back from small mountain town life. She finds barre to be the most effective way to build functional strength for all the mountain sports she loves. Outside of the studio, you can almost always find her surfing and SUPing the river with her family and friends.
